The Challenge
Corporate return-to-office mandates are often frustratingly opaque, relying on complex "rolling window" or "best-of" calculations. Trying to manually figure out my actual compliance standing or efficiently plan future office days without over-indexing was a constant source of mental math and low-level anxiety.
The Solution
A local-first React dashboard that serves as a personal RTO calculator. It tracks attendance entirely in the browser, instantly calculates real standing against trailing 12-week rules, and features a forward-planner to simulate "what-if" attendance scenarios for upcoming sprints.
